I documented all their US addresses here: 44 of 46 are shared or virtual offices. https://consumerrights.wiki/w/User:Louis/WeRecoverData's_advertised_US_locations
People have been visiting these locations out of their own curiosity. I have not asked, or directed, a single person to visit one of these locations.
WeRecoverData's lawyer sent me a demand letter on June 19, 2026 listing this among statements they call "false, misleading, and commercially disparaging." Their exact words describing the statement they objected to were:
"WRD maintains 'fake' or misleading business locations and that all 22 locations you purportedly investigated are virtual offices that fail applicable criteria."
Here's Google's Business Profile policy: "Businesses can't list an office at a co-working space unless that office maintains clear signage, receives customers at the location during business hours, and is staffed during business hours by your business staff." https://support.google.com/business/answer/3038177
Here is their their Minneapolis listing, 100 S 5th St 19th Floor, Minneapolis, MN 55402: https://share.google/FfJmQTOpoV7kghYPW
Viewers visited the actual addresses and asked some form of, do you recover data here, and do you work for WeRecoverData? Watch what they said.
Each time I receive independent confirmation that a location does not have a lab, but is rather a virtual office with a non-data-recovery technician working the place, I will add the video to the list to check it as verified.
